Configuration : plate with an underdimensionned cast-in rail as the previous engineer forgot in-plane loads.
The solution is to increase the plate dimension and add two extra drilled anchors in slotted holes.

SOFA is a design method that goes further than the eurocodes. It is applied when the anchor configuration is not described in the norm. A possibility is to change the anchor configuration into one that is described in the norm and with slotted holes.
