I want to design a steel to concrete connection using chemical anchors, and I am getting a problem for the design of anchors because the concrete fails in breakout and pryout, when I use supplementary reinforcement then I do not find any difference in design but in reality there will be effect of reinforcement. I feel Hilti calculate the anchors based on no reinforcement.
Please reply urgently.

Excuse us for the late reply!
Profis engineering, concrete fixing is based on anchor theory only. This means if you use supplementary reinforcement it will not have a great impact on the design. The supplementary reinforcement will have a great effect on the design in practice.
